Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via DHL, and a tracking number is provided for every shipment, which can be tracked on the DHL website.

Shipping fees reflect the exact cost charged by DHL—I do not add any handling or extra charges.

Please note that I do not collect or remit taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs-related charges that may apply in their country. These may include VAT, import duties, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges related to customs clearance.

During busy periods, some delivery routes may take longer than usual.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. However, for made-to-order items, the dispatch time may be longer depending on the complexity and current workload.

If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me in advance so I can try to accommodate your request.

Returns

I take great pride in the quality of my work. If there are any defects in workmanship or materials, I will do my best to resolve the issue — including offering a full or partial refund, if appropriate.

That said, I cannot accept responsibility for customs-related issues or delays.

Return requests based on personal preferences or non-technical reasons may be declined. Each case will be reviewed individually.

In the case of a return, the shipping cost will be assessed depending on the nature of the issue and the agreement made.
