Shipping Information
Orders are sent via DHL at the following rates:Brushes,
- Germany: Free
- Europe Union: 9€
- Europe (non-EU zone): 12,5€
- Middle East: 12,5€
- Everywhere else: 19€
A tracking number is available for all orders which can be seen on DHL website.
I do not collect any taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may apply. VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required for importing consumer goods.
During busy times, some delivery routes may take longer than usual.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me in a timely manner.
Returns
I stand behind my work, if there's any flaws in workmanship or materials will do our best to make things right, including a full or partial refund. Nevertheless, if you are unhappy for any reason, contact me and we'll work it out.
